03 / About
My name is Tomasz Buczak. I have worked at the intersection of technology, products and business since 2003.
My career has taken me from software development and architecture to CTO, CIO and board-level roles. This experience lets me view an organisation from multiple perspectives — understanding technical complexity, making business decisions and supporting the people who deliver them.
I believe in responsible leadership. I use Lean and Agile where they make sense and genuinely improve how work gets done. I believe in processes: without processes and data, even the best AI cannot deliver results. I share my experience through talks, panels, workshops and mentoring.

05 / Working together
I favour strategic and expert engagements with a defined scope and goal. We start with a conversation about your business.
Business objectives, how work happens today and the main obstacles. We identify the problem that is worth solving.
We clarify dependencies and options, then establish priorities, responsibilities and measures of progress.
We choose the right format: advisory support, leadership mentoring or a workshop. We focus on decisions and the organisation’s ability to change.
